Baked pollock with parmesan and yoghurt

It's based on a recipe from http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1827,147185-233207,00.html.

I replaced sour cream with yoghurt and butter with olive oil.

1 1/2 lbs. pollock
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place 1 1/2 pollock fillets in greased baking dish. Spread on fillets the mixture of sour cream, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, salt and pepper. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sauteed Cabbage with Chicken

Ingredients used:
1 medium cabbage
1.5 chicken breasts
1 large onion
Olive oil
2 tablespoons of tomato paste

Spices: cayene pepper powder, turmeric, 2 bay leaves, coriander seeds, chili pepper, cilantro

Steps:
1. Cut the cabbage thin
2. Cut the onion in two, then in thin slices
3. Cut the chicken approximately 1.5 cubes

Cooking:
Heat the oil a bit, then put the onion first for 1-2 mins, and then add the whole shredded cabbage. Add the chicken a few minutes later, and keep sautee-ing. It takes about 30 minutes.
